For services involving compliance, verification, onboarding, cloud hosting, governance systems, or regulated operations, clients must comply with applicable Saudi regulations, including but not limited to PDPL requirements, ZATCA obligations, and relevant sector-specific regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mahsumaah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruption, third-party failures, misuse of systems, incorrect client data, or regulatory actions outside our direct control.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Some services may integrate with third-party providers, APIs, payment gateways, hosting services, or government platforms. Mahsumaah is not responsible for operational failures, policy changes, or downtime caused by third-party providers.
9. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any service where misuse, security risks, legal violations, or breach of contractual obligations are identified.
